CardioF I T
A high energy cardio focused class designed to get the heart rate up and build endurance through a fusion of movements. Perfect for anyone looking to improve stamina in a fun and motivating way. Adaptive options include seated formats and lower intensity variations to ensure accessibility for all.

 

Total BodyF I T
A dynamic full body conditioning class that blends strength, cardio, and interval style training for a well rounded workout. No two classes are ever the same, keeping the experience fresh and engaging. Each session closes with a calming affirmation

and meditation. Adaptive versions include seated options and the use of resistance bands with modified intensity.

 

Balance and StretchF I T
A gentle yet effective class focused on improving balance, flexibility, and functional movement. Using body weight exercises, this class supports range of motion and everyday activities while promoting relaxation and body awareness.

 

FunctionallyF I T
